Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to referred patients
Collaborate with family physicians and allied health providers
Maintain up-to-date records in our EMR system
Participate in initiatives that improve patient care and clinic workflow


Qualifications:
Licensed to practice in Ontario and in good standing with the CPSO
Certified in your respective specialty
Strong communication and patient-centered care philosophy
Experience working in collaborative clinical settings is an asset

Compensation:
20% overhead (inclusive of HST)
