Family Physician - Downtown Toronto Clinic
We are seeking a Family Physician to join our health clinic in Downtown Toronto. This role provides an opportunity to engage with a diverse inner-city patient population including MSM and Transgender patients and contribute to comprehensive primary care services.
Our clinic consists of 8 Doctors, 1 Physician Assistant, 2 Full-Time and 1 Part-Time Nurses, 3 Receptionists and a Clinic Manager. Besides Medical the clinic includes a Pharmacy, Rehab (Chiropractic, Massage and Physiotherapy) Dental , Psychotherapy and a Lab.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver continuous and comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families across all ages, genders and diseases.
- Develop and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.
- Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance.
- Conduct routine check-ups, assessments, and vaccinations.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals and staff to provide coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
Qualifications:
- Certification by t the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing medical education.
- Ability to manage a diverse range of health issues in patients of all age groups.
- High on discipline, punctuality, courtesy, ethics, have a strong moral compass and you are compassionate.
