Family Physician & Pediatrician | Ming Wui Medical Centre

Ming Wui Medical Centre is a busy, multidisciplinary one-stop medical centre in North Scarborough, serving one of Toronto's most diverse communities. Our integrated model brings together family medicine, diagnostic imaging, lab services, chiropractic care, Traditional Chinese Medicine, foot specialist care, and aesthetics — all under one roof. Our multilingual team (English, Cantonese, Mandarin) is dedicated to delivering accessible, patient-centered care to a large and growing patient population.

Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Physician and Pediatrician to join our growing primary care team. You will provide comprehensive family medicine and Pediatrician services to patients of all ages in both appointment-based and walk-in settings, supported by on-site diagnostics and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
-Provide comprehensive primary care to rostered and walk-in patients across all age groups
-Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
-Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including on-site X-ray, ultrasound, and lab services
-Develop and implement individualized care plans
-Coordinate referrals to specialists and allied health professionals within and outside the clinic
-Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
-Participate in preventive care, health promotion, and chronic disease management
-Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team including chiropractors, TCM practitioners, and foot specialists

Qualifications
-Medical degree (MD) from a recognized institution
-Current, independent CPSO registration in good standing
-CCFP certification or eligibility (new graduates welcome)
-Active CMPA coverage
-Eligible to bill OHIP
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Commitment to culturally sensitive, patient-centred care
-Second language proficiency (Cantonese, Mandarin, Tamil, Tagalog, or other community languages) is a strong asset
