We offer a supportive, high-tech clinical environment that lets you focus on patient care while we handle the operations. New graduate family physicians are welcome to apply!

About the Clinic:
Located in Brampton, ON, our clinic is a state-of-the-art facility featuring five examination rooms, and a comfortable, professional atmosphere. As an Appletree Medical Centre partner, we leverage Appletree's industry-leading technology and practice management solutions to maximize efficiency and reduce your administrative burden. Our front-desk staff manages all appointments, scheduling, and coordination, so you can focus exclusively on seeing patients, charting, and follow-ups. We strive to ensure a steady patient flow through active community outreach (pamphlet campaigns) and an online waitlist, supported by Appletree's coordinated marketing strategies.

Key clinic features:
- Fully Supported Practice: Our trained staff and Appletree's operations team handle recruitment, administration, and daily logistics—freeing you to focus on patient care.
- Modern Infrastructure: Clean, quiet, and organized workspace with digital tools for scheduling, EMR charting, and lab reporting. Full-time physicians may utilize a dedicated private office that serves as a consistent, personalized space for patient care, charting, and administrative work.
- Appletree Network Benefits: Deliver care in-clinic or through Appletree's virtual care (telemedicine) platform, available once onboard.

Compensation:
We offer a highly competitive fee-for-service split designed to support both new and experienced physicians:
- First Month: 10/90 split - you retain 90% of your billings
- Second Month: 20/80 split - you retain 80% of your billings
- Third Month Onward: 30/70 split - you retain 70% of your billings
- Part-Time Physicians: Flat 30/70 split from the start

Schedule Options:
We offer flexible scheduling tailored to your lifestyle:
- Full-Time: Set your own full-time hours and receive your own dedicated office. Incorporate virtual care as part of your week through Appletree's platform.
- Part-Time: Choose the number of days that work for you and still access full operational support. Virtual care may also be integrated into your schedule.
- Work-Life Balance: With Appletree's support model, you can take vacations or adjust your schedule without operational disruptions — we handle the logistics.
