We are seeking a compassionate and community-oriented family physician to join a well-established Family Health Organization (FHO) in Brampton, Ontario. This opportunity arises due to the planned retirement of a long-standing physician in the summer to fall of 2026. This is a turnkey operation with a full roster of office patients as well as caring after a retirement home.
Practice Highlights:
- Full-time FHO model turnkey with about 1700 rostered patients
- Diverse patient population with strong continuity of care
- EMR: OSCAR Pro
- Supportive interdisciplinary team and collegial group practice
- Office staff and infrastructure in place
- Flexible transition period available
- Lease transfer or Office building ownership available
Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed (or eligible) with the CPSO, new graduate or early to mid career physician wishing to move to a well-resourced expanding community,
- Committed to comprehensive, longitudinal family medicine
- Interested in joining a collaborative and inclusive practice
Start Date: Negotiable, ideally early summer 2026 for onboarding
